某难选辉钼矿可浮性的影响因素分析及新型剥片机的研制

    Influence factors of the floatability of a refractory molybdenite and the development of a new stripping machine

    • 摘要: 本文详细研究了某滑石型难选辉钼矿的矿物特性,运用扫描电子显微镜及俄歇电子能谱分析了该辉钼矿的晶体结构、结晶度及表面氧化程度,并讨论了以上因素对其可浮性及浮选效果的影响。根据层状矿物的晶体结构特性及影响该辉钼矿可浮性的影响因素,研制了一种新型剥片机,该机具有良好的剥片和磨矿作用,不但能够保护矿物的片状结构,且能显著地改善磨矿效果,应用于该辉钼矿精选作业,效果显著。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the mineralogical characteristics of a refractory molybdenite containing talc were investigated in detail.Crystal structure,crystallinity and surface oxidation of the molybdenite were analysed by using scanning electron microscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy.The influences of the above factors on its floatability and flotation effect were also discussed.Furthermore,a new stripping machine was made based on the structural characteristics of layered minerals and the influence factors discussed above.It has good exfoliating and grinding effect,not only can keep the laminated structure of molybdenite,but also markedly improve grinding efficiency.The beneficiation effect was obvious when the stripping machine was adopted in the cleaning of this molybdenum.
