短壁连续化开采技术浅析

    • 摘要: 随着我国煤炭资源的大规模和高强度开采,适合长壁开采的煤炭资源正在逐渐减少,且长壁开采存在边角煤、残采煤、"三下"压煤及不规则块段煤的回收问题,遗留煤炭增多,而短壁连续化开采技术正好弥补此缺陷,可最大限度的回收煤炭资源,对煤炭行业的可持续发展有着极其重要意义。本文对短壁连续化开采技术进行了浅析,对短壁连续化开采参数进行说明;运用方案比较法确定开采工作面巷道布置;着重分析了开采工作面的连续采煤机、连续运输系统和履带行走式液压支架等配套设备及连续采煤机的主要配套设备;并对短壁连续化开采的工艺过程做了阐述。最后总结了短壁连续化开采技术的适用条件,存在的问题和继续优化短壁连续化开采技术的发展方向.

       

      Abstract: Following the large-scale and high strength mining of our coal resources, suitable for the long-wall mining coal resources is gradually reduce, and long-wall mining existing edge horn coal, Residual coal, coal under rive and irregular piece of period of coal recovery, increased from coal, but the short-wall mining technology will make up whatit's in mining of produce,and the maximum recovery coal resources, with the sustainable development of the coal industry is very important significance. This article analysis the short-wall continuous mining technology, short-wall of continuous mining parameters of specification; using the method of roadway mining scheme determined working arrangement; focusing on analysis the continuous miner, the continuous transportation system and crawler walk type hydraulic support and other ancillary equipment for coal winning machine and the main equipment of continuous miner,and explaning the processof short-wall continuous mining technological. According to the literature material summarizes suitable conditions of the short-wall continuous mining technology, problems and continue to optimize short-wall continuous mining technology development direction.
