湖北宜昌低品位胶磷矿选矿工艺研究

Experimental study on mineral separation of low grade collophane of Hubei Yichang

摘要: 试样取自宜昌某地低品位胶磷矿,原矿含P₂O₅ 16.26%,MgO 5.87%,磷灰石赋存颗粒较细,碳质和碳酸盐含量均较高,且磷灰石与碳酸盐、硅质、黏土质、碳质等脉石矿物相互嵌布或呈包裹体存在,赋存状态复杂。经选矿工艺研究,确定了反浮脱泥除碳、反浮脱镁、加温正浮脱硅的选矿流程,获得最终精矿含P₂O₅ 31.36%,MgO 0.95%。

Abstract: The grade of Collophane in Yichang is P₂O₅ 16.26%.The Apitite are fine disseminated,with high content of both Carbon and Carbonates gangue,and the Apitite,Carbonates,Silicate,clay and Carbon are associated with each other.According to our experiments results,we determined the reverse-direct floatation flow-sheet and the final phosphorus concentrate contains P₂O₅ 31.36%,MgO 0.95%.
