探矿权出让方式研究

Research on the transfer mode of exploration rights

摘要: 本文首先从地质工作程度、矿床类型、埋藏深度、矿种类型四个方面论述了勘查风险,并对实际调查问卷进行了分析研究;其次,对探矿权出让制度进行了对比研究,指出目前探矿权出让制度存在的主要问题;最后,提出了探矿权出让制度设计方案。

Abstract: Firstly,the exploration risk is discussed from degree of geological work, deposit type, buried depth, and the mineral species.And questionnaires are analyzed.Then the transfer systems of exploration rights are comparatively studied and the main questions of the systems are pointed.The transfer system design of exploration rights is put forward in the end.
