PQAAM聚合物的制备及其絮凝性能研究

    SYNTHESIS OF FLOCCULANT PQAAM AND ITS FLOCCULATING PERFORMANCE IN CLARIFICATION OF WASTEWATER FROM COAL WASHING

    • 摘要: 以环氧氯丙烷和二乙胺为原料,合成一种聚季铵盐:采用过硫酸铵、异丙醇氧化还原引发体系,以聚季铵盐与丙烯酰胺为原料,合成了PQAAM聚合物,研究了聚季铵盐浓度、异丙醇浓度、原料配比对反应的影响。并证明了PQAAM对细粒煤的具有絮凝作用,是一种优良的阳离子型絮凝剂。

       

      Abstract: With rapid development and application of large sized coal mining equipment,the superfine particles minus 200 μm in raw coal increase day by day that causes not only wasting of coal resource but also severe environmental pollution.The performance of using anionic or non ionic polyacrylamide as flocculant to clarify coal washing water containing a lot of difficult flocculable fine particles is not ideal because there is a high electric potential on the surface of particles.A synthesized cationic flocculant PQAAM is therefore developed and has been tested in lab.The results of test are excellent.
