Abstract: The article outlined the present distribution situation of metallic mineral resources in our neighboring countries, analyzed Japan, South Korea, the United Stated and other overseas countries' policy measures in using overseas mineral resources,in support of their domestic enterprises, and pointed out China's overseas metallic mineral resources' development and utilization and foreign experiences.
