Abstract: This text takes the theories of mineral economics and investment as the foundation,adopts positive method and normative method,aimed at mining industry and the strong points of foreign investment environment.The paper bases on the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and establishes investment environment of mining industry system.The author hopes to provide dependent decision-making and base for improving investment environment of mining industry.
