Abstract:
the temperament and the psychological characteristics of personality of mine specific types of employee are closely related with their safe operation behavior. The results show that most of the employee own good temperament and characteristics generally, and very small number of employees take on emotional unsteady, poor adaptability, impulsive, aggressive behavioral disorders and so on, which constitutes a potential psychological casualties incentives. To take a psychological measurement and create files for the employee with special work posts, and enhance their level of mental health are important parts of mine safety management.
