矿物粉尘对人体体表微生态系统平衡影响研究

    THE STUDY ON EFFECT OF MINERAL DUSTS TO HUMAN BODY SURFACE MICRO-ECOSYSTEM BALANCE

    • 摘要: 通过对6种矿物粉尘主要化学成分的分析,以及它们与表皮葡萄球菌的相互作用后各培养液中菌落数、pH值、葡萄糖(GLU)以及电解质等的变化的测试,来比较粉尘的化学成分及物理性状对试验目标菌生长的影响。同时做SEM分析,对粉尘与细菌的作用过程中细菌形态和界面作用情况进行了研究。结果表明,所选各种矿物粉尘对细菌的影响程度不同,含Ca2+或Mg2+高的DJ-20#和DJ-22#粉尘具有明显的促进细菌生长的作用,而DJ-5#则存在一定的抑制作用。由此我们可以看出,矿物粉尘对人体正常菌株生长的影响与粉尘本身的化学成分及物理性状相关,适量含Ca2+或Mg2+高的碱性矿物粉尘能促进细菌的生长。

       

      Abstract: From the analysis of the chemical composition of six kind of mineral dusts and the changes of number of colony, pH, glucose (GLU) and electrolyte after the dusts acted with S. epidernidis. Compared the chemical composition and physics properities of dusts on experiment index bacteria. And then through SEM analysis, studied the bacterial form and interface act in the action process of dusts and bacteria. The results show that all kinds of mineral dusts have different degree effects on experiment bacteria. The dust of DJ-20# and DJ -22# which contain Ca2+ or Mg2+ have obvious function of promote bacterial growth, but DJ-5# dust has some bacteriostatic. So we can say that the effect of industrial and mineral dusts to the body normal flora have correlation with dust's chemical composition and physics properities. Proper mineral dusts which contain Ca2+ or Mg2+ can promote the bacterial growth.
