提高龙首矿下向六角形进路式采矿爆破效率试验研究
TEST AND STUDY ON INCREASING THE BLASTING EFFICIENCY OF UNDERHAND CUTTING AND FILLING METHOD IN HEXAGON STOPE IN LONGSHOU MINE

摘要: 龙首矿采矿方法为下向六角形进路式胶结充填采矿法,“低进尺、多循环”是多年来龙首矿进路回采的主要特征,爆破效率低。本文在对龙首矿岩体的可凿性和爆破性分级的基础上,设计了进路爆破掏槽方式,应用断裂力学理论确定了崩落孔和周边孔的布孔参数,采用大直径空孔直线掏槽全断面一次性崩矿方案。实践证明,在炸药单耗不增大的情况下,使六角形进路爆破的炮孔利用率达90%以上,单炮崩矿量平均达120t,爆破效率平均提高20%以上。Abstract: The blasting operation of underhand cutting and filling method in hexagon stope in Longshou Mine has been inefficient over many years resulted by the operation schema of "lower footage,multi-circular driving".Based on the classification of drillability and blastability on rock masses in Longshou mine,the model of parallel cut blasting with large diameter empty hole and the approach of full-face blasting were designed in this paper,otherwise,the blasting parameters about cut holes and post-blasting holes were derived out using fracture mechanics.The result of full-scale tests in Longshou mine showed that the hole utilization ratio reached over 90 percent and the blasting efficiency was increased over 20 percent than its previous performance,Meanwhile,the average ore amount of once blasting was 120 tons on the same of explosive consumption.
