厚煤层窄煤柱沿空掘巷中煤柱极限核区计算

摘要: 本文基于厚煤层放顶煤开采中窄煤柱沿空掘巷煤柱所处的特殊环境,考虑煤体材料的应变软化特性,基于黏性材料的SMP(Spatially Mobilized Plane,简称SMP)破坏准则,并依据厚煤层窄煤柱沿空掘巷煤柱在开采过程中所受的支承压力的分布规律,推导出了基于SMP破坏准则的厚煤层开采时煤柱中部极限核区宽度计算公式,并将上述计算公式应用到潞安王庄矿厚煤层窄煤柱放顶煤开采中,实现了厚煤层放顶煤条件下区段窄煤柱沿空掘巷的成功开采,完善了厚煤层下区段窄煤柱稳定的理论,对我国厚煤层窄煤柱开采具有重要的指导意义。Abstract: Based on the special environment of coal caving in the thick coal seam, and considering the characteristic of the strain softening for the coal and according to the distribution regularity of the support pressure for the coal pillar in the progress of mining, calculating formulation of the coal pillar for the thick coal seam based on the coherent material SMP (Spatially Mobilized Plane,) failure criterion. In the thick coal seam of the Wangzhuang coal mine, calculating formulation is applied well, and it also consummates the theory of the narrow coal pillar stability for the thick coal seam. It has guiding significance for the narrow coal pillar mining in the condition of the thick coal seam in china.
