Abstract: In order to evaluate the coal mine workers'safety and production capabilities accurately, based on the definition of relevant research in the personnel security capabilities,take miners in the coal mine production system as research object,discuss the concept and the connotation of security capabilities,then build miners security capabilities hierarchical model basing on basic quality,professional quality,state of consciousness,incapacity of miners as the guidelines layer,A security capabilities evaluation model is established based(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,FAHP)according to miners evaluation of the security capabilities of ambiguity and uncertainty.Finally,use the evaluation model to analyze four miners selected in a coal mine of Henan.The assessment result conforms to actual situation,so the effectiveness and accuracy of this model is proved.
