Abstract:
Scarcity of talents,lack of training and high turnover rate prevails in the mining industry of China.This hampers the sustainable development of the future mining industry.The talents needed by the mining enterprises can be divided into 3 tiers,including senior,middle,and junior tiers.At the current stage,the junior operating positions are easy to be staffed.The lack of talents mainly prevails in the middle and senior levels.Facing this reality,the writer raised a training system called "three-tier/two-channel system",which suggests a training system for the senior,middle and junior tiers of talents through the two channels of school education and corporate training.Such a training system will meet the talent requirements of the mining industry,raise the talent quality,and accelerate the development of the mining industry in China.
