大松动圈围岩锚注与预应力锚索联合支护技术的机理与实践

    STUDY AND APPLICATION OF SUPPORTING MECHANISM OF COMBINED SUPPORT OF BOLTING-GROUTING AND PRESTRESSED CABLE ANCHOR IN LARGE BROKEN ZONE SURROUNDING ROCK

    • 摘要: 文章针对大松动圈围岩变形破坏的特点,以理论分析、实验研究与工程实践相结合,研究了预应力锚索与锚注支护大松动圈围岩的机理,提出用锚注加固松动岩体,用预应力锚索调动深部岩体抗破坏能力并对外部围岩提供“环向约束”,两者结合使用能够形成多重围岩加固圈,从而彻底控制大松动圈围岩的变形破坏。该技术通过工程实践,证明其具有经济和技术优势,在岩土工程中有着广泛的实际意义与推广价值。

       

      Abstract: Based on the damage feature of large broken zone in the surrounding rock,the supporting mechanism of combined support of bolting-grouting and prestressed cable anchor was studied with theory analysis,test and engineering practice;the supporting theory is put forward that the broken rock zone could be strengthen by the bolting-grouting support,and the strength of the deep rock of the surrounding rock could be well utilized by the prestressed cable anchor,furthermore,the combined support could form multiple reinforced rock structure which could completely control the bad damage of the broken rock zone.Finally,The technology was applied into practice and satisfying result was acquired.It was proved in the industrial trial to be reliable,convenient and economic,possessing a wide spread value in civil engineering.
