收益权益法在小型矿山采矿权评估中的应用研究

摘要: 本文介绍了收益权益法的基本原理,结合矿山生产的特点及采矿权评估要求,对这种方法的应用进行了全面分析,指出该方法在小型矿山采矿权评估中是一种十分有效的方法。但这种方法的应用不能扩大范围,并且应对采矿权权益系数进行科学分析,细化影响采矿权的因素,并对每个影响因素的取值区间进行科学规范。

Abstract: This paper proscribes basic principle of proceeds right. Based on the characteristic of mine production and the requirement of mining right evaluation, it gives a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness and limitation of the proceeds right application in mini-mine.
