煤层气开采过程井壁稳定性的数值试验研究

摘要: 煤层气开采过程中的井壁失稳及其诱发的煤岩坍塌,是煤层气开采作业中的一个主要问题。利用RFPA2D渗流与应力耦合作用分析系统,结合工程实例,对煤层气开采过程中钻进结构效应比较明显的煤岩层中水平井眼的尺寸效应,进行了数值试验分析,结果再现了井眼周连裂纹萌生、扩展及应力迁移、释放,最终造成煤岩层坍塌的全过程。结果表明,井眼尺寸对维持井壁稳定的井底压力有显著的影响,井眼直径越大,对维持井壁稳定的井底压力要求越高。Abstract: The instalility of wellbore and associated coal bed collapse is the mainly concerned problem in coal gas drilling.Based on the engineering data in situ,the numerical simulation is conducted to investigate the size effect of horizontal wellbore in coal bed by using the Realistic Failure Process Analysis(RFPA2D) coed.Numerical results visually shows the initiating and propagating of the fractures,the transfer and release of the stress near the vicinity of wellbore and the induced collapse of coal.lt is pointed out that the size of wellbore have a obvious influence on the magnitude of well pressure using ofr maintaining the stability of the coal bed.For a bigger wellbore,the higher well pressure is necessary.
