技术进步对中国矿产资源采掘业产出的贡献

    THE CONTRIBUTION OF TECHNICAL PROGRESS TO MINERAL RESOURCES EXCAVATING INDUSTRY IN CHINA

    • 摘要: 通过对1986~1998年间中国矿产资源采掘业技术进步速度与贡献指标的测算, 其结果显示技术进步对采掘业产出的贡献较低 (26.59%)、资金贡献最大 (61.60%)、劳动贡献最小(11.81%)、中国矿产资源采掘业规模效益递减。为了提高矿产资源合理开发利用水平, 必须建立促进技术进步的驱动机制, 主要包括: 建立矿产资源采掘业技术进步合理的系统结构、建立合理的研究与开发机制、建立科学的技术创新与扩散机制。

       

      Abstract: After having measured and calculated the technical progress rate and the contributive index rate of minerals resources excavating industry between 1986~1998 in China,we drew such a conclusion:the contribution of technical progress to the production of mineral resources excavating industry was relative low(26.59%),the contribution of funds was the most(61.60%) and that of labor was the least(11.81%).The profits resulted from the size of mineral resources excavating industry was digressive.In order to improve the level of exploiting and using mineral resources,a driving mechanism should be established to promote technical progress.This mechanism includes:setting up system structure of technical progress;establishing research and exploit mechanism;forming technical innovation and diffusion mechanism.
