Abstract: This paper analyses the problem and countermeasure occurring in the cultivated process of geosciences and other graduate students. The problems mainly are:① The whole specialty quality of graduate students needs improved strongly;② The press of obtain employment is added;③ The attitude to specialty is not active; ④the press of tuition is increasing. Suggesting the cultivation and management of graduate students is important and needs attendding of the whole society.
