矿井回采工作面安全水平评价指标体系与方法研究

    STUDY ON EVALUATED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THE SECURITY OF WORKING FACE IN A MINE

    • 摘要: 本文在详细分析影响矿井回采工作面安全生产的各种因素的基础上,从顶板压力集中水平、支架工作状态水平和管理水平三个方面,构建了矿井回采工作面安全性评价指标体系,并将回采工作面的安全水平划分为四个等级:Ⅰ安全性好;Ⅱ安全性一般;Ⅲ安全性差;Ⅳ安全性极差。同时建立了分层模糊动态的评价方法,利用该方法对枣庄矿业集团新源井12101回采工作面安全性进行了综合评价,分析了影响矿井安全性的主要因素及其应采取的主要措施。

       

      Abstract: In the essay,the authors set up a evaluation index system for security of working face from roof pressure centralizing level.bracket working estate and working face management leval on the basic of laboring various factors which effecting the safety of working face.The authors divede the level of working face safety into four grades,as follows:First grade(good),Seconnd grade(common),Third grade (inferior),Fourth grade(worst).The authors set up its layer fuzzy and synthetic evaluation method.Using this method,the authors evaluate the Xin Yuan mine12101 working face of Zao Zhuang mine group and analyze the primary factors of effecting the security of working face.At last,the authors put forward some ideas of promoting safety production.
