Abstract: Aiming at the safety accidents frequency in coal mine at present,the safety production situation of coal mine at home and abroad was contrasted and analyzed in this paper.Restrictive factors of safety production were discussed,which are occurrence condition of coal seam,talents and safety management,technical equipments and safety supervision.According to the problems in the safety production,effective measures were proposed from four aspects which are safety legislation,personnel training,management reform and international exchange.The results give guiding roles to improving safety management level and safety production of coal mine.
