基于核密度估计的我国铁矿资源开发基地研究

    Research on exploitation base of iron mine resources in China using nuclear density estimation

    • 摘要: 铁矿资源勘查开发基地作为实现铁矿资源合理布局、优化开发的重要手段之一,对保障国家铁矿资源安全具有重要意义。本文从"开发"方面切入,以矿区查明资源储量、矿业权设计开采规模、矿山规模结构三项指标为基础,采用空间聚类方法中的核密度估计方法对我国铁矿资源开发基地进行了划定,并考虑将生态功能重要性指标作为约束指标对基地所包含的县级行政区进行了统计。结果表明:我国铁矿分布区大致可划定十个铁矿资源开发基地,共包含420个县级行政区;从相关指标统计结果来看,本文划定的铁矿资源开发基地涵盖了大部分的铁矿资源及其开发利用活动。此外,本文还对相关基地开发利用方向提出了建议,以期为我国铁矿资源勘查开发基地相关决策提供支撑。

       

      Abstract: Exploration-exploitation base of iron mineral resources is one of the important approaches to achieve the reasonable distribution as well as optimized the exploitation of iron mineral resources,which has great significance for the national iron security.From the point of "exploitation",based on three indicators which were the identify resource reserves,the design mining scale,and the scale structure of mines,This paper used the kernel density estimation that belongs to the spatial clustering method to delimit Chinese exploitation base of iron mineral resources,and made a statistics to the county administrative regions that contains to the exploitation base considering the importance of ecological function indicator as the restrictive index.The results showed that there can be roughly recognised ten exploitation base of mineral resources in the iron distribution areas,which contain a total of 420 county administrative regions.The statistical resultsof related indicatorsindicated that the exploitation base of iron mineral resourcehave covered most of the iron resources and their exploitation and utilization activities.In addition,this paper throw out suggestions for the exploitation and utilization of the related bases,in order to provide support for the relevant decision-making of exploitation base of iron mineral resources in China.
