Abstract: Under the situation of economic globalization,Chile because of the rich mineral resources and a sound legal system has become a hot spot for investment Mining. However,deficient experience of Chinese mining industry to Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) will increase unforeseeable difficulties of risk of FDI and policy obstacle for mining industry, and cause increase of FDI cost, which is the biggest threat of sustainable development of China's mining enterprises to invest overseas. This article consists of the introduction of Mining concessions of Chile, the types of mining companies and foreign legal investment system,and discusses the legal admittance of Chile mining investment and provide some necessary information of laws for China's enterprises entering the Chilean mining investment market.
