Abstract: This paper analyzed the decision-making mechanism for technological innovation investment of logistics enterprises from the pulling of market demand and the pushing of government regulation by establishing an analysis frame model. The results show, it is important for logistics technological innovation that the subjective judgment to new technological efficiency, the expectation to market demand scale, the decision-maker's risk preference and the government regulation and leading.
