Abstract: Coal mining safety production not only concerns the prospect of the industry, but also is the important issue about the building of a Harmonious Society. This paper summarizes the research on the causes and the countermeasures of the coal mining enterprise's safety production. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward the comprehensive management ideas on coal mine safety production such as guidance the development of the coal industry by the scientific concept of development, enforce the safety supervision and inspection, enforce the inner management of coal mine enterprise and mechanism of disease emergency, enforce the design of mechanism of the economy punishment and the security etc.
