东鞍山含碳酸盐中矿分散浮选试验研究

    Experimental study on dispersion flotation of Dong'anshan middling containing carbonate

    • 摘要: 对东鞍山含碳酸盐铁矿石分步浮选中矿进行分散浮选试验,以NM-3为分散剂,强化矿浆的分散,以削弱菱铁矿对浮选的影响,同时从药剂用量等方面系统研究矿石的最佳浮选工艺条件,并采用SEM对添加分散剂前后的含菱铁矿中矿形貌进行表征。结果表明:在最佳药剂制度下,通过一粗一精、中矿返回的闭路流程能够获得Fe品位为56.60%,Fe回收率为53.89%的铁精矿;添加NM-3能够强化矿浆分散,减弱细颗粒的非选择性聚团以及细颗粒在粗颗粒表面的罩盖,有利于含碳酸盐中矿的浮选分离。

       

      Abstract: Based on the investigation of middling properties,dispersion flotation of Dong'anshan middling containing iron carbonate was developed with enhanced dispersion by adding NM-3to eliminate the negative impact of iron carbonate on flotation.The optimum flotation conditions were studied systematically.The structure of Dong'anshan middling containing carbonate was discussed by means of SEM.The results show that an iron concentrate with Fe grade of 56.60% and Fe recovery of 53.89% can be obtained on optimum reagent condition through one rougher-one cleanings closed-circuit flowsheet.Adding NM-3can enhance pulp dispersion,which benefits the selective separation of middling containing carbonate.
