深海采矿浮力材料理论研究

摘要: 为改善深海采矿输送系统的空间形状,减小管道对采矿车的作用力,本文提出用低密度、高强度的钛合金制成的、内部充满高压氦气的球壳均匀布置在输送管道上。然后,采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立该浮力球壳的有限元模型,分析了浮力球在承受海水压力作用下的稳定性,并分析了特征值屈曲模态形式和初始扰度、材料非线性对球壳结构稳定性的影响。结果表明,用ANSYS对浮力球壳进行分析是一种可行的方法;球壳材料非线性和初始扰度,对浮力球壳的极限载荷有很大影响。Abstract: In order to improve the space shape of deep sea mining transporting system and reduce the force exerted on the mining vehicle, this text puts forward to arranging spherical shell made of titanium alloy on the transporting pipe,which is filled with the high-pressure helium gas.Then,a spherical shell finite element model is established using ANSYS. And stability of the spherical shell is analyzed. The effect of initial imperfection and material nonlinear on the structure is also studied.And the results are obtained that analyzing the spherical shell using ANSYS is a kind of good method;material nonlinear and initial imperfection have an important effect on the limiting pressure of the spherical shell.
