Abstract: The development of circular economy is the inevitable choice of coal enterprises to achieve sustainable development,and evaluation index system of circular economy is the main basis to judge the quality of circular economy.In this paper the concept "development power of circular economy of coal enterprises" is used to interpret the essence of the development of circular economy interpretation of coal enterprise.Six aspects of the enterprise are systematized:economic,social,environmental,resource,technology and management.An evaluation index system of such "six power" was established on the basis of questionnaire survey and question focusing.
