Institution of transfer way of mining rights in China: problems and solutions: Study in Chinese mining rights ttransfer system compared with the case of Chile

摘要: 本文主要针对我国矿业权出让制度中存在的主要问题,通对比智利矿业权出让制度,并根据中国国情提出矿业权出让制度改革建议。

Abstract: This paper analyses the legal issues of transfer way of mining rights in China. Furthermore, this paper makes a research on the transfer way of mining rights in Chile, and also makes an analysis on the China's national conditions for reference to formulate specific countermeasures in the transfer way of mining rights.
