深部高应力条件下无底柱分段崩落采矿法的应用

    The application of no-pillar sublevel caving mining under the condition of the deep high stress

    • 摘要: 随着浅部资源的逐渐枯竭,金属矿山不得不面临向深部勘探开采资源的工作。受深部岩体高应力存在的影响,浅部开采的采场结构布置在深部适用性很低。本文根据深部岩体应力的存在以及变化情况,结合深部采场围岩变形规律、地压显现问题,论述了在高应力条件下科学合理的应用无底柱分段崩落法采矿工艺,以实现有效控制地压,达到卸压开采,顺利回采矿块的目的。

       

      Abstract: As the shallow resources are drying up,metal mines have to explorate mining resources in deep area.Influenced by high stress of rock mass in deep area,mining stope structure in shallow area is not quite suitable to the deep area.Based on the existence and changes of deep rock mass stress,and combined with the deformation rule of deep surrounding rock in the stope and the issue of ground pressure,this paper disscusses the way to scientifically and reasonably use sill-free sublevel caving mining method under the condition of high stress in order to effectively control the ground pressure,moreover,realizing the purpose of depressurized mining and extracting rocks sucessfully.
