摘要: 笔者亲历一个国有大型能源化工企业的一段蓬勃发展历史过程,并领导和推进了其法制建设进程。本文以陕煤化集团公司为例,探讨了新形势下进一步国有大型能源化工企业法制工作的顶层设计、思想建设、主要抓手以及工作重点。Abstract: Dr.WEI,Tiejun,Deputy Director-General of the Law Center of the Ministry of Land and Resources PRC,is also a Vice President and Chief Law Officer of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Corporation under a personnel project of the Central Government.He told his story as a company lawyer and urged to strengthen legal works for the companies of the sorts.
