大倾角松软煤层综放采场覆岩运移与控制关键技术研究

    Research on the strata movement and control technologies of fully-mechanized top coal mining with large inclined angle soft coal stope

    • 摘要: 本文针对大倾角松软综放工作面易片帮、冒顶及设备滑移等难题,以某煤矿1201工作面为工程背景,在对工作面覆岩运移机理研究的基础上,对工作面采场覆岩控制的影响因素进行了深入研究。结合大倾角工作面煤壁的受力分析,提出了片帮、冒顶的防治措施;通过对大倾角工作面支架受力分析,获得了支架防倒、防滑的控制措施。研究结论为大倾角松软煤层工作面采场覆岩控制提供有力保障,同时为实现工作面安全、高效生产排除了安全隐患。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of strata migration mechanism,with engineering background of 1201 working face,this paper studies insecure factors of fully-mechanized top coal mining in large angle inclined soft working face.The factors have impacted the normal generation badly,including rib spalling,roof fall and equipment slide,etc.Combined with the stress analysis of the coal wall,effective measures are put forward to avoid rib spalling,roof fall.Analyzing the stress analysis of the support,we get the measures avoid supports toppling down and biting to each other.Findings of the study provide strong guarantee for overburden strata control technical,rule out safe hidden trouble for realizing coal mining efficiently and securely at the same time.
