Abstract: Based on the present situation of comprehensive resources utilization of mine water, fly ash, slag, kaoline and coal gangue, according to relative theories about circular economy, we analyzed the technological process of comprehensive utilization of resources of Xuzhou Mining BusinessGroup Co Ltd. Existing high-performance of the company was recongnized and suggestions for future development of the company were put up in the paper.
