提高攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿-45μm精矿指标的试验研究

    EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON-45μm PART OF PANZHIHUA VANADIUM AND TITANIUM BEARING MAGNETIC ORE TO IMPROVE THE CONCENTRATE

    • 摘要: 通过对密地选矿厂流程考察,得出铁精矿指标不够理想的根本原因是给矿中的微细粒级(-45μm)没有得到有效选别,针对攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿微细粒级(-45μm)的粒级特性和磁性特征,进行了磁团聚试验研究,取得了理想的选别指标,为现场的工艺流程改进指出了一个方向。

       

      Abstract: Through investigation and analysis of the existing production flow-sheet of Panzhihua Midi Concentrator,the basic reason of bad index of concentrate was that-45μm part could not separate effectively,On the magnetic and particle properties of-45μm part,the magnetic agglomeration experiments was carried out and achieved ideal metallurgical performances,providing a reliable basis for the future technical transformation design.
