Abstract:
In order to simulate the influence of the weathering to the rock mechanics characteristics. This paper experimental studied the deforming and mechanical properties of rocks in the dry and wet cycles conditions by using MTS815 rock stress test system. Obtained: rock stress-strain curves of the whole process can be divided into four stages: the initial compaction stage, the elastic stage, the strain hardening stage, strain softening stage; The more cycles of wet and dry, the bigger of the deforming of specimen; Under the effection of dry and wet cycles, the uniaxial compressive strength, modulus of elasticity, modulus of E
50 became smaller;and all these element have a logarithm fuction realationgship with dry and wet cycles. Research results have important thory and practical significance for the rock engineering design and protection.
