Abstract: In order to address the comprehensive conflicts between mining land rights and other rights in daily life, this paper first clarifies the definitions of mining land rights and other rights and their concrete spheres concerning the contents of mining land rights and other rights from their subjects. Later, based on the clear definition and meaning of mining land rights and other rights, this paper analyses these conflicts from a legal perspective. Finally, value orientations in such conflicts are ascertained, and their solution mechanisms are constructed.
