Abstract: This paper is the first time from the perspective of supervision of the main land and natural resources monitoring system summarizes the overall framework; analysis of land and natural resources of the relationship between administrators and supervisors; pointed out the supervision and management of land and natural resources problems, and from institution-building, power constraints, administrative efficiency, etc. put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
