西石门铁矿南区软破矿岩支护方法研究

    Research on supporting scheme for fragile and soft rock in Xishimen iron mine

    • 摘要: 本文针对西石门铁矿南区岩体软破、井下采动压力大等不利条件,在分析巷道支护变形破坏成因的基础上,提出了缩短进路长度与远离上盘布置切割巷等回采工艺改进措施、喷锚网U型钢拱架联合支护以及巷道过散体层等支护技术,从降低回采过程对支护稳定性的不利影响和支护技术改进两方面有效地保证了巷道工程稳定,现场实施效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Xishimen iron mine has fragile and soft rock,high mining pressure.On the basis of analyzing deformation and failure of supporting,this paper presents shortening the length of drift and loading cutting groove far from hanging wall,Shotcrete bolt mesh and U-shaped bracket combined Supporting,Technology of roadway passing bulk layer.These technical measures ensure the stability of drifts in two aspects:decreasing adverse influence of mining on supporting and adopting new supporting,while have a good practicality.
