Abstract: At present,people don't have a clear idea about some problems and phenomenon in the course of restructuring rights market.The article tries to give preliminary economic explanation on the concepts of mining rights market and some problems and phenomenon,and maskes some suggestions on the dealing form in our mining rights market.
