球磨机有用功率与其工作参数关系的研究

    • 摘要: 采用四变量三水平的正交设计方案,利用多元回归分析方法,建立了球磨机有用功率的数学模型,并讨论了介质充填率、磨矿浓度、料球比以及磨机转速率对球磨机有用功率的影响,为进一步研究球磨机有用功率在球磨机检测和自动控制中的应用奠定了基础

       

      Abstract: A mathematical model for determining the effective power of ball mill has been established using the method of four-varibles three-levels orthogonal design conception and the method of multivariate regression analysis.The influences of ball charge,mill discharge density,ore-ball ratio and mill speed on the effective power of mill are also discussed.The study has laid a foundation for further research of how to apply the ball mill's effective power to ball mill's inspection,measurement and automation.
