长胶带输送机电阻启动的优化算法及其计算机辅助设计

    OPTIMIZATION ALGORITIHM OF RESISTANCE STARTIGN OF LONG-DISTANCE BELT CONVEYOR AND ITS COMPUTER-ADED DESIGN

    • 摘要: 本文以异步电动机的实用机械特性为基础,对长胶带输送机电阻启动的计算进行讨论并给出了设计的优化算法.此算法对设计中的各参量进行了定量分析,优越于一般的图解法和解析法。最后基于本文所提出的算法,给出了计算机辅助设计的程序框图,以达到在实际设计中进行应用的目的。

       

      Abstract: Based on the mechanical characteristics of asynchronous motor,this paper discusses the calculation of the resistance starting of long-distance belt conveyor and presents design optimization algo-rithm. The algorithm quqntitatively analyses the parameters in design. The algorithm is better than the tranditional graphycal and analytic methods. Lastly,this paper presents a block-diagram of the algo-rithm application in practical design.
