一种新型磷矿反浮选硅酸盐捕收剂机理研究

    The properties research of a new collector for silicate flotation in phosphate ore reverse flotation

    • 摘要: 通过zeta 电位仪、全自动表面张力仪等仪器从浮选机理角度对改性阳离子捕收剂W-2和传统的阳离子捕收剂十二胺的浮选性能进行了研究。对比了两者作为反浮选药剂时的纯矿物上浮率、表面张力、接触角、Zeta电位、红外吸收光谱等指标。结果表明,化学改性改善了W-2的水溶性和分散性,使药剂的利用效率提高;其表面张力降低,起泡能力、润湿性增强,从而使药剂在磷矿反浮选硅酸盐时的捕收性能、药剂分散性、pH适应范围等性能表现优异。

       

      Abstract: The flotation property of two cationic collectors was preliminary studied for the mechanism research by zeta potential analyzer,automatic surface tensions meter.Their flotation ratio of pure quartz mineral as phosphate ore reverse collector was discussed.The different between modified cationic collector W-2 and dodecylamine among the surface tension、the contact angle、the zeta potential and the IR spectra were compared. Result showed that the water solubility,dispersion,foaming property, wettability of the W-2 were improved by the modification.The W-2 collector has better collecting performance in wider pH range.
