Abstract: In recent years, our country's aluminum industry developed fast and bauxite's consumption increased year after year. A series of issue, unauthorized mining, conflict between mining enterprise and local administrative department, embarrassment of the land requisitioned for mining enterprise, shortage of alumina enterprise's resources, etc., come forth in bauxite exploitation. In this paper, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are brought forward, and it will be decision-making reference of and development in bauxite exploitation.
