Abstract: In this paper, some characteristics of the origination, the activities, the goals and processes, the risk, the conflict, and the organization and so on were studied for the investment decisions for the coal engineering projects, and its impact on the coal engineering projects activities was discussed. And all of these maybe have some important significance for improving the scientific level of the coal engineering projects' investment.
