青海省南部矿区可持续发展能力评价研究

    Research on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of sustainable development in southern Qinghai mining area

    • 摘要: 不可再生的矿产资源与日趋旺盛的社会生产需求形成了尖锐的矛盾。而实现矿产资源开发利用的可持续发展是缓解矛盾的重要手段。在我国大力提倡发展绿色矿业、建设绿色矿山的背景下,本文对青海省南部矿区的可持续发展进行了评价研究。在构建青南矿区可持续发展模糊综合评价体系的基础上,综合运用AHP法、德尔菲法和情景模拟法对矿区进行了评价。评价结果显示,青南矿区目前的可持续发展能力相对较弱,正处于从传统发展方式向可持续发展方式过渡的阶段。据此,本文对青南矿区可持续发展提出四点建议:提升经济效益、健全社保制度、加强生态监管及提高科研投入。

       

      Abstract: The non-renewable mineral resources and the increasing demand of the social production have already formed a penetrating contradiction .While the important key to solve the problem is to make the development and utilization of the mineral resources sustainable.Under the background of advocating the development of the green mining industry and areas,this article evaluated the sustainable development of the mining areas in Southern Qinghai province.It evaluated the mining areas by AHP method,Delphi method and the scenario simulation method,on the basis of building the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of sustainable development in Southern Qinghai mining areas.The research shows that the development of the mining areas in Southern Qinghai is now transferring from a traditional way to a sustainable way,which has a weakly sustainable ability.Therefore,this article puts forward four suggestions as follows:making the economic benefits improved,making the social security system better,strengthening the ecological supervision and enhancing the input of research.
