无废开采综合评价数学模型

    THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF EVALUATION OF NON-WASTE MINING

    • 摘要: 无废开采是21世纪矿业发展的必然趋势。然而目前尚无系统的、深入的相关评价方法和评价体系。本文参照国际通用的方法,探索性地建立了无废开采综合评价数学模型与其指标评价体系,并根据矿山的一般情况,将评价系统分为矿区经济发展、矿区社会发展、矿区环境保护、矿区资源综合利用与矿区发展协调水平五个子系统。而后应用模糊数学与层次分析法对该指标体系、权值的分析处理与系统进行组合分析评价决策。为了说明与论证本研究成果,文中结合实例进行了叙述。

       

      Abstract: Non-waste mining is an imperative development trend for mining industry in 21st century.However,there is at present no relevant systematic and in-depth evaluation theories and methods.In light of international practice,the paper creatively establishes a mathematical model & an index evaluation system and divides the evaluation system into subsystems,i.e.,mine's economic development,mine's social development,mine's environmental protection,comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,mine's development and coordination level.The paper applies fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process in the combined analysis of the index system,analysis and treatment of weight as well as the system for the decision making.A few examples are employed for illustration purpose.
