Abstract: On-the-spot inspection of national mining right is the first systematic on-the-spot inspection work since the implementation of China mining right administration.It is also an important investigation of China national conditions.Through the on-the-spot inspection,we can obtain comprehensive,authentic and reliable basic data about mining right,accurately calculate the available reserve of mining right.These are extremely necessary to ascertain the actual situation of mineral resources in China,strengthen the administration of mineral resources and safeguard the legal interests of the proprietors of mining right.
