资源型城市土地集约利用评价指标体系研究——以辽宁西部地区三个资源型城市为例

Research on evaluation index system of land intensive utilization in resource-based cities——A case study of three resource-based cities in Western Liaoning

摘要: 当前,城市土地利用已由粗放利用转变为向集约利用方向发展,特别是资源型城市。本文在已有城市土地集约利用评价体系的基础上,针对资源型城市土地利用的特点,建立了资源型城市土地集约利用评价体系。同时,以辽宁西部地区三个资源型城市(盘锦市、阜新市和葫芦岛市)为例,利用新建评价体系进行分析,得出了土地集约利用的综合指标分别为5.72、4.36、2.85。

Abstract: Nowadays it is very dramatic of utilization of urban land form extensive utilization to intensive utilization,especially resource-based cities should be.On the basis of urban land intensive utilization evaluation index system the authors built the land utilization evaluation index system.Meanwhile,After building evaluation system,we analysed Panjin city,Fuxin city and Huludao city,and concluded the comprehensive index of three cities: Up=5.72、Uf=4.36、Uh=2.85.
