Abstract: It is significant for realizing suained development and increasing benefit of mining enterprise to conruct interrelated product chain.Basing on interrelated product chain extends coal indury chain,forms indury scope and increases product value.Connected with practice and application,conructing of product chain and its importance have been analyzed and the mining enterprise development rategy model has been put forward on basis of discussion.Finally application of this model was given also.
