机械球磨对煤矸石反应活性的影响

    Effect of mechanical ball milling on activation of coal waste

    • 摘要: 天然煤矸石化学性质稳定,必须进行活化后才能有效利用其中的Al2O3。实验表明,高岭石型煤矸石机械球磨10h后,Al2O3的提取率由7.24%增至88.17%,球磨可以有效提高煤矸石的反应活性;煤矸石经高温焙烧未完全活化时,机械球磨仍具有一定的活化作用,而且球磨时间越长这种活化作用越显著。

       

      Abstract: The raw coal waste is very stable and difficult to extract Al2O3 directly without chemical activation. In the current work, with mechanical ball milling of the coal waste for 10h, the Al2O3 extraction ratio is improved from 7.24 % to 88.17 % and the reactivity of waste can be efficiently enhanced by ball milling; even for the waste after calcinations, the milling method is still effective and with increase of the milling time, the effect of activation is more marked.
