北洺河铁矿回采炮孔布置形式规范化研究

The standardization study of blasting bore layout in Beiminghe iron mine

摘要: 回采炮孔布置形式在很大程度上决定着爆破效果的好坏,从而影响着后续一系列生产的效率。本文运用北洺河铁矿无底柱分段崩落法扇形孔爆破的实验研究成果,对炮排之内的布孔原则以及炮排与炮排之间的协调关系进行了寻优改进与规范化研究,形成了炮孔布置的标准形式,改善了爆破效果,从而提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

Abstract: Layout of the blasting bores is important to blasting effect in sublevel caving method. Based on the experiment of fan-shaped blasting of sublevel caving method in Beiminghe iron mine, the paper analyzed the factors of affecting to blasting effect, optimized the blasting parameter, and selected logical layout of the blasting bores.
